We're Hiring a Part-Time Front Of House/Entry Level Customer Service Representative.
Candidate Profile Summary:
We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated person with positive energy to join our Jenna Rae Cakes Front of House / Customer Service Team. We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, who is comfortable communicating in a variety of different mediums to JRC customers and potential customers. This person excels in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, loves to multi-task, and is hyper-organized, and very proactive.

+ Strong written communication skills. Is comfortable and proficient at drafting an email that is friendly, professional, detailed, and grammatically correct

Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Interacting with all types of Jenna Rae Cakes customers both verbally, and through emails, regarding in-store and online orders, and customer experiences
+ Quoting on cakes and custom orders
+ Updating, managing and organizing all online and in-store orders
+ Working with our team to coordinate production schedules and timelines
+ Helps customers in-store with great product knowledge and service
+ Approx 3 Front of House shifts per week + 2 CSR shifts per week. 30 hours per week.
+ 1+ years in a customer service driven job required
+ Experience in a restaurant or retail environment an asset
+ Ability to work well independently and with others
+ Must have weekend availability
