Shipping & Order Processing
Jenna Rae Cakes ships items throughout Canada using UPS as our third party shipping carrier. All perishable deliveries are sent using overnight services with insulation and ice packs, to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during transit. Orders ship out on Wednesday, and will arrive on Thursday. Currently, we are only able to ship macarons once a week, but are working hard to increase production!
Orders may be picked up at the Jenna Rae Cakes storefront at 580-E Academy Road in Winnipeg, Manitoba. To arrange an order for pickup, please contact the store at (204) 691-4222 after 10am on business days.
Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within Canada, and some rural areas cannot be delivered to because overnight delivery services are unavailable. Shipping carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Jenna Rae Cakes is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses, will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling on behalf of the shipping carrier. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries, in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered. Shipping carriers may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Jenna Rae Cakes does not accept returns. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care Team and we will make every effort to ensure your experience with Jenna Rae Cakes is a pleasant one.
Cancellations and Modifications
Orders may not be cancelled. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at (204)691-4222. Such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule, but we will do our best!
