Our amazing vanilla sponge cake is filled with delicious coconut before being baked. Layers of this coconut cake are then filled with coconut buttercream, thick and rich salted caramel drizzle, and a dusting of toasted coconut. All the flavours are highlighted with it’s beautiful finish—toasted coconut reaches up the side of the cake, while a salted caramel drip meets it from the top. A sprinkle of toasted coconut and gold leaf flakes provide the perfect finishing touch.

Please note that our cakes are 4 layers high, so slices are best served thin. Our cakes are deceivingly large! Sprinkles, colours and decorations may vary slightly from the pictured design.
Our cake tastes best at just below room temperature. If you are serving the cake on the day that you pick it up from the bakery, you can choose to refrigerate it or keep it out of direct sunlight in a cool area. If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out 30 minutes before serving to ensure soft cake and creamy buttercream.
