Our moist and delicious vanilla cake is the perfect base for the addition of fresh raspberries and lemon zest. Filled with raspberry buttercream and home-made lemon curd, the cake is only made more elegant with the smooth, soft pink buttercream finish decorated with gold leaf flakes and pink chocolate shards. This cake is sure to please the palettes of both young and old who crave a cake refreshing to the senses.

Please note that our cakes are 4 layers high, so slices are best served thin. Our cakes are deceivingly large! Sprinkles, colours and decorations may vary slightly from the pictured design.

Our cake tastes best at just below room temperature. If you are serving the cake on the day that you pick it up from the bakery, you can choose to refrigerate it or keep it out of direct sunlight in a cool area. If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out 30 minutes before serving to ensure soft cake and creamy buttercream.
