We are famous for our macarons! Two smooth, crisp shells (with a fluffy, chewy interior) sandwich a filling of either flavoured buttercream, whipped batter, creamy ganache, or an endless range of other house-made fillings.
Macarons taste their best at room temperature or slightly chilled—the buttercream is soft, the ganache is creamy, and the shells are nice and chewy! Transfer macarons to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 4 days. Remove from the fridge half an hour before serving.
