Our Salted Caramel Crunch cake is the cake embodiment of our extremely popular Toffee Salted Caramel Sugar Cookie Sandwiches—a fan favourite! Vanilla sponge is filled with caramel, then baked and becomes the base layers for our delicious salted caramel buttercream, toffee bits and salted caramel drizzle! A classic smooth buttercream finish showcases toffee bits around the base of the exterior while the top of the cake features pretty rosettes, a pool of salted caramel and more toffee bits for a crunch in every bite.

Our cake tastes best at just below room temperature. If you are serving the cake on the day that you pick it up from the bakery, you can choose to refrigerate it or keep it out of direct sunlight in a cool area. If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out 30 minutes before serving to ensure soft cake and creamy buttercream.
