Salted Dark Chocolate Espresso

One of our signature macaron flavours is brought to life in cake form as an irresistible take on a coffee shop flavour combination. We keep it simple with our incredible chocolate sponge cake as a base for the intense fillings of espresso buttercream, flaked sea salted and chocolate ganache drizzle. A smooth espresso buttercream finish, delectable chocolate ganache drip and cluster of signature Jenna Rae Cakes espresso buttercream peaks make this cake worthy of the coffee jitters. A dusting of gold leaf flakes and a splatter of espresso brown will leave you craving more than just one slice. No one has just one cup of coffee—feel free to have more than one slice.

Please note that our cakes are 4 layers high, so slices are best served thin. Our cakes are deceivingly large! Sprinkles, colours and decorations may vary slightly from the pictured design.

Our cake tastes best at just below room temperature. If you are serving the cake on the day that you pick it up from the bakery, you can choose to refrigerate it or keep it out of direct sunlight in a cool area. If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out 30 minutes before serving to ensure soft cake and creamy buttercream.
