Jenna Rae Cakes is known for its elegant, colourful and delicious selection of freshly baked sweet treats and beautifully detailed custom cakes. Our custom and bakeshop treats for any occasion are baked fresh daily, using only the best ingredients. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and ensure that our customers are treated like our friends and family.


Who We Need:
A real people person! Someone who loves working with people, who is super outgoing, fun, kind, friendly, courteous, and professional. We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, who is comfortable communicating in a variety of different mediums, to a diverse assortment of people. This person excels in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, loves to multi-task, and is hyper organized, and very proactive.


Skill Set:
+ Great at problem solving
+ Incredibly organized
+ Excellent time-management skills
+ Loves calendars, spreadsheets, and data entry
+ Strong written communication skills. Is comfortable and proficient at drafting an email that is friendly, professional, detailed, and grammatically correct
+ Strong verbal communication skills. Someone who presents themselves in an approachable, friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Someone who people love being around!
+ Has a background in Business Administration, and Hospitality (preferred)


The Job Details:
+ Interacting with all types of Jenna Rae Cakes customers both verbally, and through emails, regarding in-store and online orders, and customer experiences
+ Quoting on cakes and custom orders
+ Updating, managing, and organizing all online and in-store orders
+ Working with our team to coordinate production schedules and timelines


Time Commitment:
Based on a 40 hour work week at flexible locations.
