Part-Time Front-of-House Position

Candidate Profile Summary: We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated person, with open availability and positive energy to join our Jenna Rae Cakes Storefront Team at The Forks and 580 Academy Road. This is a permanent part-time position opening with the opportunity for advancement in our growing company. The ideal candidate will be available for 2-3 day time shifts per week. We are currently fully staffed for evenings.

Duties and Responsibilities

Uses communication skills to build strong relationships with customers Ensures that every customer is served in a friendly, polite, and prompt manner Deals with customer needs and concerns (both in-person and on the phone) Ensures that the cooler is fully stocked, and presented in an aesthetically pleasing and organized manner Ensures the storefront is always clean and presented in the highest company standard Takes part in opening/closing duties Takes part in additional cleaning/duties Must be flexible to work at both of our locations at 580 Academy Road and The Forks Credentials and Experience: 1+ years in a customer service driven job.
