(2 days' notice) A cookie sandwich is made by sandwiching our soft and chewy cookies with our signature buttercream and an assortment of homemade fillings.

Enjoy chilled or at room temperature – it’s up to you! Cookie Sandwiches keep well for up to 3 days after purchase if properly cared for. To preserve freshness, plastic wrap the bakery box or transfer to an airtight container. Remove from the fridge half an hour before serving.
