Method:
Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together water and brown sugar and heat until sugar melts without bringing to a boil. Once sugar is full dissolved remove from heat.
- Transfer to a container and set aside.
Pumpkin Spice Whip
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add the cream, icing sugar, Liquid Pumpkin Spice, and vanilla and whip on medium-high speed until the mixture looks light and fluffy and medium peaks form, about 2 minutes. Be careful not to overwhip.
- Transfer to a bowl, cover, and place in the fridge.
Latte
- Mix together Brown Sugar Simple Syrup, pumpkin pureé, Liquid Pumpkin Spice and milk and steam. If you don't have a steamer, mix and heat in a small saucepan on the stove until hot and steaming. Pull your shot of espresso into your mug. Add the steamed milk.
Assembly
- Top latte with Pumpkin Spice Whip. For an extra fancy experience, add your whip to a piping bag fitted with a 2D tip and pipe in a circle to fill the top of the mug.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and favourite glitter from the Sweater Weather set!
