Our 2023 Gingerbread Houses contain gluten, eggs, and dairy, and are made in a facility that handles gluten, nuts, and other allergens where cross-contamination is possible. 

 

Gingerbread House Pieces: gingerbread: flour, baking soda, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground allspice, salt, butter, brown sugar, eggs, molasses, water. royal icing: powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), water, meringue powder (sugars (dextrose, can sugar), cornstarch, dried egg white, xanthan gum, carob bean gum, sodium phosphate, cream of tartar, salt, natural flavour, sodium alginate, calcium lactate) rainbow non pareils sprinkles: sugar, cornstarch, glucose, F D & C artificial colour (red #40, yellow #5, red #3,yellow #6, blue #1) carnauba wax.


Royal Icing: powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), water, meringue powder (sugars (dextrose, can sugar), cornstarch, dried egg white, xanthan gum, carob bean gum, sodium phosphate, cream of tartar, salt, natural flavour, sodium alginate, calcium lactate)

 

Foil-Wrapped Milk Chocolate Balls: sugar, cocoa butter, milk ingredients, unsweetened chocolate, dextrose, soy lecithin, polyglycerol polyricinoleate, natural and artificial flavours, salt.

 

Candy Coated Chocolates: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, why powder (milk), thickening agent: E414, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, colours: E163, E141, E120, E100, E171, glucose syrup, glazing agents: E904, E903, E901, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.

 

Rainbow Sprinkles: sugar, cornstarch, glucose, F D & C artificial colour (red #40, yellow #5, red #3, yellow #6, blue #1) carnauba wax.
