(2 days' notice) A cookie sandwich is made by sandwiching our soft and chewy cookies with our signature buttercream and an assortment of homemade fillings.

Enjoy chilled or at room temperature – it’s up to you! Cookie Sandwiches keep well for up to 4 days after purchase if properly cared for. To preserve freshness, plastic wrap the bakery box or transfer to an airtight container. Remove from the fridge half an hour before serving.

    The salted caramel cookie was so tasty. We enjoyed them in the parking lot as soon as we left the store! 💗 The flavor was fabulous and cookie consistency was chewy-perfect!
