When we host, we want things to feel cozy, effortless, yet thoughtfully put together. No stress, just your favourite people, comforting food, and a gathering that feels intentional from start to finish.
What Galentine's Means to Us
Galentine's is the time where you can bring out everything girlie and let it shine. Red roses and bows, glitter everywhere, and wearing anything you want. It's the ultimate gathering of living into girlhood.
Gathering with friends we’ve known forever, the ones we’ve popped champagne with for the wins and cried with through the heartbreaks, is truly something special. It’s the people who make the celebration. Everything else is simply a way to show our love in a tangible form.
Set the Scene
You don’t need to completely transform your home. A few thoughtful details are more than enough to set the scene for a Galentine's evening. We love leaning into the Valentine's theme with:
- Heart-shaped balloons dangling from the ceiling
- Taper candles burning all night long
- Bouquets of red roses— a classic for good reason
- Bows that add a feminine and whimsical touch
The idea is to make your space feel inviting and comfortable, like everyone can truly relax the second they arrive.
Send Them Home With A Little Love
In our opinion, a party isn’t complete without a little gift. For Galentine’s, we're sending our friends home with our new Velvet Macaron Boxes!

While we love parties where games are played or an activity is laid out, your friends are the reason for this celebration and you don't need anything else! Catch up, swap stories from the holidays with friends you haven't seen since then, talk about the year ahead, and just enjoy what made you fall in love with each friend to begin with— their personality that brings out the best in you and everyone else they have the honour of being friends with.
Snacks That Feel Fun, Not Fussy
This is not a dinner party— it’s a fill a plate with sky-high with snacks kind of night! A few simple snacks that aren't fussy are the way to go to keep it lowkey and easy to plan and pull together. A checkerboard-style platter of olives and cheese, chips with a dip pipped on, and displays of sweet treats is all you need. Ordering in fries or pizza makes the night even easier— transfer it all onto serving dishes, light the candles, and you’re done.
We always suggest adding a Jumbo Heart Cookie or a Mini Heart Cake to share. The jumbo heart cookie is especially fun because it can be sliced up just like pizza. It’s playful, perfect for sharing, and on theme.
Galentine’s doesn’t need a theme or activity to be special. Light the candles, tie the bows, order fries (fries over guys, right?), let the conversations flow, and celebrate your friends unapologetically. Friendship is the reason— everything else is just the frosting on top!
