We will provide a custom delivery/set-up quote for wedding/tiered cakes or large bakery orders. This will include travel and set-up time (if required) and requires a contract to be signed by both parties.
We do! We offer delivery with Sablewood Drives+ for a flat rate fee of $10 within and surrounding the city of Winnipeg. We delivery within Winnipeg and surrounding area limits which includes: City of Winnipeg, North Border: East/West St. Paul, West Border: Taylor Farm and Provincial Road 334, East Border: Deacons Corner, South Border: Marchand Road.
When placing your order on our website, select ‘Delivery’ at checkout. Your order will be delivered to you between 9am and 2pm on your selected delivery date! Someone must be available to accept your order at the time of delivery. Orders will not be left unattended and will be returned if un-deliverable to 580 Academy Road for pick up.
We are also available on SkipTheDishes for delivery of daily menu items. Please visit the SkipTheDishes App and search for Jenna Rae Cakes to see if you are within the delivery radius.
Unfortunately, we do not take orders of any kind over Instagram DM.
You can now place an order online for in-store pick up at our shops on Academy and in Island Lakes! If you’re looking to place an order for customized treats, please send an email to email@example.com and include the treats you are looking for, the quantity you’d prefer, flavours and the date you’d like your order to be for as well as a phone number. Some bakery items require a minimum quantity for customization of colour or flavour and our customer service team will be able to provide you with the best options based on the information you provide.

You can now place your cake order on our website right HERE! You can place your order for our Signature Cakes, one of our Last Minute Cakes and even one of our Customizable Designs! If you’re looking for something a bit more custom, including fondant work or wedding cakes, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the date you’d like your cake for, the number of guests you’d like it to serve, the flavour you’d like, budget and include any design inspiration photos. From here, our team will work with you to create the cake of your dreams!

Did you know that over the years we’ve crafted hundreds of unique flavours of treats? We stock our most popular flavours often and rotate out the less popular, but still delicious, flavours of treats. Keep an eye on our menu to see when the flavour you love will be on our menu next. If you really love a flavour, there’s always the option to place a custom order. Minimum order quantity requirements can be large but items like macarons and cookie sandwiches can freeze well.

We want your cake to make it to your destination in perfect condition. There are a few things you can do to keep your cake safe as you transport it from our shop on Academy to your celebration:
The safest place for your cake is on the floor of the backseat area of your vehicle. This is an even, flat space with minimal room for the cake box to slide around. Plus, the backseat is temperature-controlled so you have a higher chance of keeping your cake nice a cool, preventing slipping. Avoid putting your cake in your trunk, on a seat or on someone’s lap.
It’s ideal to have air conditioning that works well to keep your car and cake nice and cool. Your cake is beautiful and we want it to stay lovely from the time you leave our shop to the time it arrives at its final destination. Buttercream is made out of butter, which can soften up as it gets warm. A vehicle with air conditioning that works well will help keep your buttercream cool and prevent it from softening and beginning to melt. Buttercream that is too warm from being in a hot car can slip and slide from bumps, potholes, quick stops and sharp turns.
Drive carefully as your cake is special cargo. Take turns slower than you usually would and avoid bumps and potholes as much as possible.
If you are transporting your cake to a destination that is further than 30-45 minutes away, please let us know so we can take special care to have your cake nice and chilled when you pick it up.

We love to cater for special events, large or small! Get in touch with us directly for a custom quote. Please include date, shipping address, order quantity, etc. in email to email@example.com and we will confirm whether or not we can accommodate your order.
Our licensed kitchen and bakery is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Most of our macaron flavours are gluten FRIENDLY, but none of our macarons are gluten FREE because they are made in a kitchen that has gluten products, so cross-contamination may occur. We cannot be held responsible for allergic outbreaks.
We typically suggest ordering enough servings for 60-70% of your guests, as not everyone will take a piece of cake. If you’re going with cupcakes or other goodies, you definitely want to have over 100%, as more people are inclined to grab a couple of cupcakes or one of each type of dessert.
Weddings can be booked up to a year in advance! We usually recommend booking at least 4-6 months before weddings, as the wedding season typically books up very quickly and we can only take so many events each weekend. For custom cakes for special events, 2 months is always a good amount of time, although if you have a last-minute request we will definitely try to make it work! For 1-tiered signature cakes, 2 weeks is the typical time requirement.
We typically require 2-3 weeks notice to book a simple signature cake. The earlier the better, but we will always try our best to accommodate last minute requests!
