Ordering on Skip is available during JRC Location Open Hours. See our shop hours above and place your order while we are open!
There are two reasons why you might not be able to find us on Skip:
1 - You may be trying to find us outside of our shop open hours. Try searching for us again during the open hours of the shop you'd like to place your order with.
2 - You might be outside of our delivery radius. The delivery zone as set up Skip is is currently a 15-minute radius from each shop location.
You are welcome to make requests for flavours, but please note that flavour requests are just that— requests— and flavours are not guaranteed.
We will always try our best, but popular flavours do sell out!
If you ONLY want specific flavours, please put a note in that you would like us to contact you if the requested flavours are not available, or put a note in that you would like your order to be cancelled if we cannot provide the requested flavours.
On busy days, we will go 'offline' so we can catch up on orders! Check back in a few minutes and we will be ready to serve you!
First, since we condense our sweet treats into the least amount of packaging possible, please double-check that you have all the items.
For example, if you order two orders of 6 assorted macarons, we may have put all 12 macarons into one container.
Next, check your order receipt to confirm what you ordered. For example, you may have thought you tapped 2 cookie dough cups and you requested two flavours but the order receipt only shows you one cookie dough cup as being ordered and charged.
If you've followed these two steps and are still missing an item, you can contact Skip directly for a refund on the items you didn't receive.
Please note, if you do not get the flavours you requested you do not qualify for a refund since we do not guarantee flavours.
