One of our best compliments was when a customer from France came into our shop and purchased macarons for his birthday party. After leaving with his order, he returned a few minutes later and exclaimed how incredible it was to have macarons that tasted just like back home! Hugs were given, birthday party invitations were extended to the team, and from that moment on, we knew we had a recipe we couldn't let go of!

Note on Allergens: We openly handle wheat in our kitchen. While we do our best to keep ingredients separate, we cannot guarantee that any of our baked goods are allergen free as we use shared equipment to store, prepare and serve them.

Salted Caramel has been our best seller since day one! A ring of salted caramel buttercream surrounds a delicious dollop of creamy salted caramel. With a sprinkle of salt baked into the top of each macaron shell, it's a perfect sweet and salty combo!

Transfer macarons to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 4 days. Remove from the fridge half an hour before serving.

Macarons taste their best at room temperature or slightly chilled— the buttercream is soft, the ganache is creamy, and the shells are nice and chewy!
