Created as part of the Royal Winnipeg Ballet’s Trail of Treats leading up to their enchanting production of Hansel & Gretel, these limited-time macarons are the flavour of the gingerbread house itself. Each bite feels like it’s straight out of the storybook.
Spiced Perfection
A spiced gingerbread cookie filling is whipped with buttercream and warm spices, then sandwiched between our signature chewy macaron shells. We finish them with a drizzle of royal icing and a dusting of rainbow sprinkles— just like the whimsical walls of a gingerbread cottage.
