I had such a great time learning hands on how to stack and decorate the cotton candy cake. It was super informative and easy to follow. The cake was delicious and definitely had me hooked with the cotton candy flavour.

We did the class for my daughter’s birthday - it will forever be a core memory for both of us. No detail was spared - the room and set-up was breathtaking. Jenna was beyond kind and helped us (very inexperienced bakers) every step of the way. I have a newfound respect for the work she does - it is not as easy as it looks! She is not only an artist, but a phenomenal teacher. The cakes were beautiful and my daughter was SO proud to serve the cake at her birthday party the next day. This will certainly be a birthday tradition for us. She even made a personalized Happy Birthday cake topper when she found out it was for her birthday 🥹 Our city is lucky to have a company like this that provides one-on-one instruction with a world class cake designer. Bravo, Jenna & Ashley!
