Last Minute Cakes are first come, first served with orders placed through the website.

Every Monday, we release a handful of cakes to accommodate any unexpected cake needs. Flavours and sizes are predetermined. Last Minute Cakes can be picked up from either Academy or Island Lakes on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

All Classic Cakes are created by stacking four layers of delicious cake with three layers of decadent fillings. The finishing touches of various toppings, both flavourful and decorative, ensure each cake is handmade to perfection to give your special occasion the sweetness it deserves.

Our cake tastes best at just below room temperature. If you are serving the cake on the day that you pick it up from the bakery, you can choose to refrigerate it or keep it out of direct sunlight in a cool area. If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out 30 minutes before serving to ensure soft cake and creamy buttercream.Cakes are best when enjoyed within 3 days after purchase.
