The recipes in Jenna Rae Cakes and Sweet Treats come straight from the JRC Kitchen and our team had their work cut out for them scaling back our recipes and testing smaller batch sizes so that you'd be able to make a dozen cupcakes instead of a hundred and a small batch of macarons instead of our racks full of macarons each and every day. This meant our team did a lot of testing and tasting of every single recipe the book has to offer and each team member definitely acquired a favourite or two along the way.
