Hosted at our flagship shop at 580 Academy Road, this limited-edition pop-up brings together Melted’s iconic strawberry cups with a special lineup of Jenna Rae Cakes treats inspired by classic desserts and childhood favourites. Think creamy chocolate, crunchy toppings, rainbow sprinkles, gooey brownie bites, and strawberries dipped to perfection.
It’s colourful, craveable, and made for the dessert lovers who believe toppings are a personality trait.
Meet Melted
Melted is a Filipina-owned Winnipeg pop-up known for their decadent chocolate-covered strawberry cups layered with nostalgic flavours, playful textures, and generous toppings that make every bite feel like dessert heaven.
This collaboration felt especially meaningful alongside our Filipino Heritage Month collection, celebrating community, creativity, and the incredible local businesses that make Winnipeg’s food scene so exciting.
Together, we wanted to create an experience that feels fun, joyful, and impossible to resist.
Meet the Exclusive Collaboration Flavours
For this pop-up, we collaborated to create two limited-edition strawberry cup flavours only available during the event. Each cup features fresh strawberries layered with chocolate, toppings, and nostalgic dessert-inspired flavours that taste just as dreamy as they look.
🍪 Cookie Dough Brownie
🍓 Strawberries layered with milk chocolate, brownie chunks, and cookie dough chunks for the ultimate rich and gooey dessert moment.
🌈 Macaron Sprinkle
🍓 Strawberries layered with white chocolate, rainbow macaron shells, and sprinkles for a colourful, sweet celebration in every bite.
Melted will also be serving additional fan-favourite strawberry cup flavours throughout the day, so there will be plenty to choose from for every chocolate-covered strawberry lover.
Jenna Rae Cakes Pop-Up Menu
Alongside the collaboration cups, we’ll also be featuring a special lineup of limited-edition Jenna Rae Cakes treats inspired by chocolate-covered strawberries and playful dessert flavours.

🍓 A large strawberry shaped macaron decorated with royal icing to look just like a strawberry is filled with strawberry buttercream and dipped in dark chocolate.

🍓 Your choice of milk is layered with espresso from De Luca's, strawberry sauce, chocolate ganache and strawberry foam for a perfect summer drink!

🍓 The iconic Swiss Roll cupcake you love, now with a strawberry spin! Each chocolate cupcake is stuffed with strawberry reduction and topped with strawberry marshmallow buttercream before being dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with freeze-dried strawberry pieces.
🧁 Strawberry Shortcake Cupcake
🍓 Our classic vanilla cupcake is stuffed with strawberry reduction, then topped with strawberry buttercream and rolled in shortbread crumble. Sweet, soft, and crunchy— perfect with every bite!
